With Pia's instructions, you will exercise your whole body three times a week. In addition, you will get workout videos and written instructions for warmups and cooldowns. The main focus in this program is in strength training, we build a fit and feminine body. We focus on toning our arms and abs, and building lean legs and round glutes. As your muscle mass grows, your metabolism also improves and your fat-burning intensifies. If you're aiming for a sporty and feminine body, which includes firm arms, rounded shoulders, and perhaps also visible abdominal muscles, California Dream Body is the program for you. In this program, you'll be training your muscles seriously for 6 weeks, you'll make visible changes in your body, and you’ll be well on your way building your dream body!
California Dream Body is a 6-week program that improves your muscle tone. After the first three weeks, you will have a deload week, and after that, you will continue with even more intensive exercises. As the program advances, your fitness grows and you will most likely need at least two different weights of dumbbells, and you will also get to use the heavier mini bands from your set. In this program, you will train your entire body three times a week, and one training session will take 35 to 45 minutes. With the high-quality workout videos, you will ensure that your technique will be correct and in problematic situations, you will always have the support of your coach for the duration of your program. You also get to use the FitClub Finland mobile app, which has tools for monitoring your progress. You can keep track of changes in your weight, waist circumference, or for example your fat percentage! An important and motivating part of your program is its discussion forum, on which you will get to ask questions from the top coach herself and you can exchange experiences with other participants.
