This program by top coach Pia Lamberg is a breath of fresh air in the home workout scene. This four-week program includes over a hundred movements to provide you with the most efficient and high-quality training experience. Each week will consist of three 20-minute full-body workouts and one 25-minute mobility session. Every workout will be followed by a 10-minute cool-down stretch flow which will ensure good recovery as well as improving mobility, body control, and posture. The program will also include a five-minute fitness test at the beginning and end to help monitor your progress!

It's important to note that this type of bodyweight training is designed for all levels of experience, allowing participants to advance each week from their individual starting points. It’s a great entry-level program to start working out the right way – focusing on proper technique. But if you’re more advanced, it will still challenge you with advanced scaling options for the movements. With this program, you will start sculpting that fit and toned body, as you build your strength and muscular endurance.

In the app, you’ll find video instruction for each movement, and an additional detailed explanation from Pia regarding technique and execution for each move.
